Day 114 without gambling. I had THAt dream on Tuesday evening....the one where you wake up and think you've gambled during your sleep and for a split second you're gutted at having relapsed and appalled that it can happen when you're unconscious..!!!!

Fortunately it was just a bad dream. I'm two stones lighter than when I started this diary, have cleared some debt and am feeling in a good place in the run up to xmas. I couldn't have done it without this site and its members.

Upwards and Onwards. Stay Strong People.
