I've got "the urge" today....out of nowhere really i've found myself fantasizing about fruit machines. It's weird because i'm not day dreaming about winning and i know a win would just set me off again and i'd lose it all, it's just the action of playing the stupid things.

I'm starting to feel flush and things are going my way financially and need to be carefull...i've spent £10 on gambling since 25th of September and don't want to get into old habits.

It's odd but i somehow see gambling as a treat.

Gambling is NOT a treat in any way, shape or form.

You probably know this already but there are times that you just need to be reminded.

Find other ways to treat yourself, you KNOW what gambling WILL lead to!

Thanks for the comments...just felt silly for posting short comments about not gambling but i do feel that without this place i'd start gambling again so it helps. Don't have much to report nowadays.
