If you have gone back to gambling, then as soon as the relapse is over come back and start over. It is so difficult to get started. We all splutter and start and conk out and then start up again!!
Eventually we get going again.
Bingo & slots are so addictive.
You can put further blocks in place and start off again.
You haven't let anyone down. It just shows the power of the urges.
You will be so much stronger the next time.
You are a lovely lady and I miss your posts.
