So a little account of what happened today...
My husband left for work this morning... before leaving he said " Don't be gambling if your bored" i responded " i won't"... i took the eldest 2 chiildren to school; came home... did the breakfst dishes and gave my daughter a snack... followed by more cleaning to try and occupy mind from gambling... i then recieved a email about an online store that had a sale so thought i know the children have gone for a nap... i'll have a coffe and buy a few baby clothes in the sale.... so then why did i have to go to an online gambling site "just to check" if they'd given me a bonus or something...which lead me to depositing .... and again and again and again... and so on...
Hubby rang from work... he'd obviously seen the money leaving the bank account and he gave me the same lectures i have heard time and time again but what was this different this time.... i want more... more than this god awful feeling of failure and creating worry and uneeded stress in the house.. i may not admit to my husband but when he said ///" what have you gained from doing it" He's right and this is what has lead to me to multiple google searchs and coming accorss this site... i'm now in this for the long haul, not acuse i've got into crazily amounts of debt but because my family deserve beter from me.... so here goes... a new start! xxxx

Not sure if you are even aware but you can get blocking software to stop you gambling online! Don't know much about it myself but K9 is free apparently & this will serve to break your Time-Money-Location triangle which will prevent you from gambling! I think people generally self exclude from the sites they use first & then install it...Gamcare should be able to point you in the right direction!
