Dear diary, or for who ever is interested in my post.Â
This Friday marks 4 weeks aka 28 days gamble free. I’ve survived a pay day without gambling a single penny.Â
has it been hard? Yes. Of course. I wouldn’t call this post recovery otherwise.  I’m still finding myself thinking about It and I have even considered trying to find websites that gamstop doesn’t cover.
However, I have managed to stay strong and continue with this long and winding road. For anyone reading who’s struggling it does get easier. Am I fully recovered? No. I’m in the midst of my journey but I am super proud of how far I have come. I’ve had bad days also but why look back? There’s nothing there for me anymore....
