Haven’t been on here for a while, but I came on tonight to have a look at how many days I’ve done and I’m nearly at the 6 months mark!! 174 daysÂ
  Last few months it’s not really crossed my mind. I’ve kept myself busy and focused on getting my life back on track :).
 Anyone who’s just starting out. You can do this!! Put a few simple things in place and you’ll get through it.  All I did was join GAMSTOP and move to a monzo account which blocks gambling transactions. The support and stories on here really help me out. But Since my problem was slots online. It was simply easier to block what I needed. I know it seems hard but it’s so worth it. I’ve got no payday loans left to pay and now I’m moving on to my credit card. 6 months ago if I hadn’t off stopped and sorted my life out. I’d hate to think where I’d be now.Â
