Hi Cobra80

Im only day 14 gambling free.. I was congratulating Suzanne for doing so well for not gambling for almost a year..

To be honest since I have open up about my gambling to my parents I feel so much better.. Being on here has also helped.

I haven't really have got urges to gamble.. Thinking back what I did 2 weeks ago.. Have made me sad and very stupid for gambling away all my hard earned money. Now I'm only thinking positive thoughts.. Im in a lot of debts.. So im working my way to pay that off and saving at the same time.. I've got a goal to achieve with the help of my family, friends, Gamcare and my counselling sessions..

Keep staying positive and strong is really helping me 🙂 x

14 days gambling free 🙂 x

Well done sadgirl. It funny you talk about your dreams, I'm on day 25 and Iv had dreams about being in the bookies, woke up feeling grump. BUT they are only dreams and that's the only thing we can't control. So if we have starved this poxy addiction, and all it's got left is to make us dream about it, then for once...... WE HAVE WON!!!

keep up the good work.
