Yey make it to 3 weeks without gambling.. Im so happy.. I actually don't miss gambling.. I guess cos I haven't really gone near the bookies or the casino.. Can't go online cos I've cancelled my debit card!! Hopefully it will get easy as each day comes :))

Day 25... Gambling free!!

Im getting small urges because everything around me there is some sort of gambling going on or involving money.. I don't want to gamble but im thinking what if's now.. Is it normal to feel like this? Im not going to let myself down now I have come so far!!

Don't let gambling trick you into thinking you are going to win cos you WON'T!!

Yes sadgirl

Gambing addiction can affect people in different ways

but if you avoid the first bet very hard to place the second isn't it?

Been there, it's horrible isn't it 🙁

Great to see you so focused in your recovery that starting your day count again scared you...I have found the accountability very important in my recovery!

Great to see that you are recognising the urges for the bull that they are! Keep winning - ODAAT
