Well here I am again, old habit's seem to die the hardest and this one is rock solid but I will defeat it and lay it to rest this time, going to start and get myself sorted and my life back on track.
It's time to knuckle down, get the jobs done I plan to do instead of wasting time & money on those machines and to be honest after a few minutes i don't even enjoy playing them it just seems to be habitual.
Well here's to tomorrow been a gamble free day.
Hi Sparks,
Welcome back and hoping you will stay!
Well done for trying again and never giving up. Have you put any practical blocks down this time? As we both know - nothing changes if nothing changes.
Only if we keep looking for help, support, coping mechanisms, blocks and our wellbeing - we can set ourselves free.
Keep working at it, and just for today - stay safe!
Keep posting, we're all here for you!
S&B xx
Welcome back Sparks, you are an extremely strong person for coming back, old habbits are very hard to break, gambling, drinking, drugs, biting your nails, chocolate etc.
You've been here before, you know you can get advice and support here and you will once again beat this
Wilsy
Thanks S&B, Wilsey for the comments, not really put any pratical blocks in place at minute, apart from taking some regular day work to keep me away from amusements, and doing my own work on a evening & weekend so in thereory should have little chance to gamble.
Well that's 3 day's complete
Affected by gambling?
Looking for support?
