Hi.
I've been using this site on and off for years and I'm sad to say back once again to kick this habit.

Over the years I've gotten on top of this gambling problem only to fall off the wagon and pick my self up along with a heavy sack full of debts.

My gambling has steadily increased with higher and higher stakes throughout the years and is now beyond belief. The other week I'd spent my weeks wages in 20 mins. Ouch is all I can say.

I need to stop this for good now more than ever. I will document my progress and things I've found useful in over coming this. Along with my thoughts and feelings.

My main thought about gambling i need to change is,

'The big win could come anytime from anywhere'.

It won't and hasn't done for the last 15 years. Gambling is the problem not the cure.

Anyways for now the summary is,
last day gambling 8/2/15.
Debt 17 K.

Welcome back to recovery tlb25...Couldn't agree with your summary more, gambling is indeed the problem! The only winning I have ever done on that specialist subject of mine is in recovery where I am a winner everyday!

Congratulations on Day 2 🙂 I look forward to reading your progress! Keep strong - ODAAT
