Hi NH, well just caught up on your week, looks like your going to let gambling win again, why walk away from here with lots of help and support to what? Standing in a bookies on your own spending every last penny you can get your hands on, money you will not even earn for another 5 years. That's no life that's running away from it. Gambling is like a drug it takes control of your feeling but a soon as you stop the come down is so hard you it self pitty, and want to get back to that high feeling even quicker. stand up to it today take back your life stay here and be honest with your self, what is so bad in life right now that you need to run away from? You need to deal with that and the need to gamble will be less.

Take care of yourself this weekend post every hour if it helps, if you WANT to stop you can, if you NEED to stop then it's harder but can be done

I get the forum doesn't work for everyone,f**k I have seen enough folk come and go
