GTFI
Ok so I'm not naive enough to think this is any more than it actually is , what it does mean is I'm taking this seriously.
To reiterate I have not quitted on the back of losing all of I have, the ability to gamble has still be very much there.
Here is a list of things I've done so far
Signed up on here and been posting daily.
Self excluded from all gambling sites.
Set up a monzo account that does not allow gambling transactions.
Binged watched a series of YouTube videos from a guy called onlyphil
Made myself a road map to to help track and predict when my urges may occur and devised strategies to help deal with these.
I know gamblers anonymous are still active but I havent chance to sign up for that yet.
If there is anyone out there who is further down the line than me , who would be okay with me giving them a call one day , I would appreciate it.
Day 9
Still gamble free.
After a very difficult weekend full of urges and temptations I'm pleased to say I'm still going strong.
Thanks to everyone who reached out to me.
Each day is a new challenge but a blessing at the same.
Affected by gambling?
