Day 214, i have not gambled... Have day of work today have to take my youngest son to the eye hospital in london.

just dropping in to catch up, hope your son is OK, i have had an ulcer on my eye so have been in and out of the eye hospital for the last 2 weeks, all good now though. A great place to play eye spy....:-) keep up the good work.

Day 220 i think anyway i have not gambled in any form since my one and slip which is roughly 150 days ago.

Hospital went ok with my youngest and he goes back in 5 wks time.

Urges come and go and maybe this might always be the case for me, Gambling can never ever creep back into my life so it wont!

I plod on in my own little world, living life for my sons and there happiness, been on the anti ds for a while now and probably be on them for a while to come....

I am ok really. Was just feeling sorry for myself! Glad it went ok at hospital for you and your son - must be a good sign that you are not needed back for 5 weeks. They wouldnt leave a little boy that long if they thought he wouldnt be ok.

Can I tell you a secret? I am very envious of how well you have rebuilt your life and 'got on with it'. You have done so well, and shown great bravery. Im so happy for you ands.

Its no ones job to check in on me, or look after me. I was just being a bit sulky - everyone makes mistakes eh?

I dont know about you, but i feel so vulnerable at times that i just wish someone could make it all better. But they cant, so onward we must go! lol.

Great to see you remaining gamble free, i myselfam racking up the days, i just like you i simply cannot return to gambling. life isnt perfect but it sure is a lot easier without gambling thrown in. take care mate you are doing great. kids will be proud of you.

Work going ok, jobs kinda interesting and a bit of a challenge...Had parents evening at school last night and boys doing realy well, that suprises me lol! If im being honest, i miss those dam fruit machines....guess its a love hate relationship which i have ditched. Gambling absorbed so much of my life, my personality anyway just having a little reflection and a dribble on my diary, lol...what a f*****g ****** ive been for such a very long time, why did i gamble?? i know why....its so soul destroying to know exactly how much time and money i have wasted, self pity mode coming on lol!!! Anyway f*** that s**t dont want to start that, at the end of the day i got myself in this sh*tty addiction and its only me who can get out of it!!! and i am....slowly but surely... Love my sons forever.

I was ever so pleased to see in chat today my friend. Yea, it is easy to miss those machines. A couple of days weeks ago I watched someone playing. He had hi lo on an eleven. Yep, 12 came in and of course he went lo. Made me think of all the times that happened to me. Boy was I glad that it wasn`t my cash being wasted.
