Hi John,

pleased you made it through the weekend, often the hardest days, now just ride the next five days out and keep racking up those all important days.

Hello all I haven't been on in a while as things have changed dramatically. My relationship has ended as I don't think my ex could get past my problem which I completely understand. I am still in a good place and my only concern is seeing my little girl. I have also been to two counselling sessions with break even. I do feel this is helping as I can discuss things I might not in the real world. During the sessions the therapist has told me I do not have a gambling problem which I find strange and conflicting to what other people have been telling me. I am still not gambling and approaching a month. I do feel happy for not doing it but can't help feeling a small bet would not hurt. I will not follow these thoughts and move past today
