Well Emily, sadly I've relapsed tonight 🙁

No point feeling sorry for myself, I have to pick myself up and go again.

Despite my setback, I can feel myself getting stronger and growing in resolve.

My Periods of abstinance are getting longer and longer and I'm in the process of putting blocks on my phone and self excluding myself from the online sites I use (don't use bookies, never really liked them...).

Please continue to shine through Emily, I'm with you all the way.

I'm forever thankful for this site and it's made me a stronger, more determined person when it comes to not gambling. I've made so much progress, I just need to add the finishing touches.

I know I can do it!

So can you too!..x

Hi Moorey,

Pretty terrible really. Had a bad few weeks. Fell back into it and spent a stupid amount of money on credit cards. I had to tell my parents and husband which was just awful. My husband may or may not leave me I'm not sure. But on a positive I attended my first ever GA meeting tonight my parents came with me and it was really good. I'm feeling positive this time I'm going to do it. I have all the blocks in place and no access to money.

I'm so happy for you, your doing brilliant well done
