HI KB

You are doing great. Get angry at those bookies. They are just laughing at you and laughing all the way to the bank. Think of them as they drive their swanky cars and live in their posh mansions. You worked your nuts off to get that money and all they had to do was sit back and laugh at you as they watched YOUR money roll in. So, one day you won. Did that break them? Were they not able to pay their mortgage that month or the £30k a year school fees for each of their 4 kids. Don't think so. Get angry and stay angry. Channel that anger so, for once, you win and they lose as you keep your money, as you have done so well for the past month.

Maybe check out my website gamblersaloud for a few more ideas and to have a look at my new book "Overcoming Gambling" that is just out *****************************************. It's split into 2 sections. Stopping and Staying Stopped as it takes 2 different approaches to achieve both.

Keep it up mate

Cheers

Deeds

Well. Its been a long time. I almost feel like crying. Reading through these posts and nothing really has changed. Still a slave to the bookie.
