This is hard to say but I did relapsed after going 76 days gambling free.

I had really tried. What caused this is for some reason Gamban blocked all access to internet in my phone including to mail. I had to reset my phone to uninstall it. I installed again and it behaved the same way.

Nonetheless I was able to hold off gambling until I relapsed yesterday. Between yesterday and today I have gambled away all my savings.

I know how it happened. I am determined to stop it.

So back to day 1 gambling free tomorrow. I will one day beat this monste

I get ya pal, I done some damage at eve weekend after a bit. I put Gamban on my phone & it’s just stopped the access to websites.

putting 2 & 2 together for me drinking when I were stressed with personal stuff left me more open to it.

it’s scary but it’s on us to prevent further damage, think of what’s important. Have things to aim for, fill your time. When u get paid again figure things out financially.

Take care
