On a personal note bit of anxiety has creeped back in lately due to work, just worries of what to do long term and feeling a bit lost and unsatisfied.
The most of my 20s has been hit with anxiety and depression and I used to use gambling as a way of escaping it but it only made things worse so at least I am not doing that anymore.
