I think about gambling every now and then but i dont have the urge as much now. The last 6 weeks has made me realise how destructive gambling is and I dont want to go back down that path.

Not being able to deposit any money online has helped me get used to life without gambling. I can live without gambling, its just when i get caught up in it i cant stop sometimes so its best to just not gamble in the first place.

Almost gave in yesterday. I realised that by not having access to my debit card securiry code I cannot deposit as much as I would like like I could do before which means I cannot lose control.
My self exclusion is over with a couple of online bookies so said to my girlfriend if I just deposit £10 a week that is all I can lose nothing more and she can see everytime i depost as only she knows my debit card security code.
We almost agreed to it then we both spoke and said how well I was doing and to see if I can get to 100 days so that is what I will try and do.
