After going a couple of months gambling free I've had a nightmare weekend!
Regrouped my sanity and ready to try again. I already go to private gambling counselling but thought this diary might be a way to keep me on track.
Here's to tomorrow, Day 1!

Fella you have found a truly amazing place full of like minded people who share a common goal,to eradicate the self destruction that the compulsion to gamble brings to not just our lives but the innocent folk around us that are to affected.
