Hi Ell how are you getting on these days?
Like many here i can relate to your posts. I joined here about 5 years ago paying lip service to "giving up" but knowing deep down that i would continue as i needed to - how else was i going to clear the debt?!
Fast forward 5 years and after numerous half hearted attempts to quit i finally realused I needed to, I wanted to, stop. I genuinely dont know why it was dufferent this time round and i havent looked back. Sure there have been temptations but i feel strong and this time i genuinely have the blocks in place.
At times when you feel vulnerable and tempted come here, share your thoughts and read others' stories. There are so many examples of people succeeding on here and so much advice. Believe that you can change and life will be better because these things are true if you want them enough.
