Watch a good documentary or something to help pass the time. Ring somebody for a chat when you get the urge or catch up on social media or play games on your phone. Try and be pre occupied in housework or take the dog out for an hour. Perhaps get a sleep instead of losing money you cannot win! Also use this gamcare forum when you have an urge so you can read what's going on. I like to use this privately and I treat it as my Facebook update! It does help a lot! All the best all
