I've forgotten how many times I've been at this point. I've been very good since the fobt limit but somehow managed to wander into a bookies and end up winning a bit on the slots. I go back the next day and give the lot back plus a chunk more. Really sick of it, with the upcoming football season which usually means more gambling I've decided to give quitting another go. It's a circle of problems with me, gamble lose feel bad eat poor put on weight drink put on weight. Let's give it a go, no gambling for today, let's see what tomorrow brings

Thanks for the replies, 5th day gamble free, cant say I haven't thought about it and even wanted to call to a bookies on way home from work but just thought what's the point, even when I do win it leads to more gambling and eventually losing. I've been pretty good with training as well had a productive weekend, diet is still poor but one step at a time. Not looking forward to the football season starting as that usually means gambling
