Hi Diary

Ty for message Suzanne, I am feeling much better thank you. Had some odd thing happen yesterday slurred speech and feeling really tired. Steve called paramedics but I was determined I wouldn't go to ED and didn't. Had to sign a waiver as they wanted me to go as did family. I am a stubborn old mare!!!
Feeling better after a good night sleep.
Not slept properly for ages.
So maybe just overtiredness
Take care all

Just want to wish everyone a Happy New Year, free from this awful addiction. Thank you to every single person who has supported me in my recovery. Some have fallen by the wayside and to those people, I hope that, although you are not using the site you are all still on the recovery road.
Here's to a gamble free 2015
Best Wishes to all

Hi Diary,
Day 39 I think.
Had a few health issues but starting to feel better.
Not felt like gambling so one positive from that.
Have still been reading some diaries and it always gives me strength.
Am sure some of my health issues are as a direct result of the mountainous debt caused by my gambling.
Things are still in a poor state but this is a New Year and will continue to try to sort things.
I have also realised from reading other diaries a lot of my co recovery people have the ability to stop before things get so so bad.
Well onwards and upwards
