Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for your ongoing support I really appreciate it, you have kept on supporting me all through your tough days.

You really are in POSITIVE mode now and why wouldn't you be 76 days, that you would not have even believed a while back,

You are on the slow but steady right path, going slowly but surely forwards.

Take care of your recovery and it will surely take care of you my friend.

Hope your shift goes quickly .

Take care and stay safe

Yo my friend,

Thanks for your message. I only do nights and not a day person. How can you do these switched shifts? It still amazes me how people can keep their body clock intact doing days and nights! Doffing my cap off for you dear soldier.
I should b back on Wed ..but still chewing over this thought lol..next weekend off, but i can gladly go on to have a coffee and a chat with ya 🙂 let me know what time...the place, we both know where that is lol

Look after yourself and keep doing what you doing, keep striving forward, you're soooo worth all the heavenly things on this earth. Hold on on them, you deserve them.

Well a day off today spent washing and cleaning my bedroom as yesterday my cat peed on my head, pillows, duvet etc@@!!!@
Have had strong urges but managed to make ways of distracting myself with mostly the above lol.
Truthfully my resolve is high to quit but I will not let my guard down as the mind is not completely reprogrammed yet and I know only too well how easy the beast can take over.
Well off to do more washing!!!
Be strong

Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for our post.

I woke up with nasty thoughts yesterday morning really strong too, but I just had a big argument with myself about even more debt

and literally told IT it had nothing to give me anymore and I nothing to give IT anymore, so no point lol.

push through those urges, argue with yourself, they don't last long, the benefits of keep abstaining gives us that extra umph and taste to stay in recovery, because we do get rewarded every single day, even if we don't see it every day.

You are doing great 81 days girl, keep busy, and stay POSITIVE.

Take care

Hi Cheryl,

Ohhh no!! Cat pi**ing on pillows and bed? I guess that's the reason my cat is banned from my room lol..but to be truthful it's cause she is crazy and flies all over the place ...i need complete silence while sleeping, even for those 3-4hrs a night lol.

thank you for your ongoing support and hope you will have amazing day today. Keep winning - keep choosing no!!! You're worth it...d**n you are! Keep at it and look after yourself.
Urges are only nasty gremlins (thoughts)in your head, few swings with that bat and job done , they are gone 🙂 ( please don't hit yourself in the head..lol..it was only a saying 😉 ) keep positivity going soldier!
