Day 91
Nice family day out yesterday except car broke down on the way home and needs new gearbox. Full guilty feelings came flooding back ( not that they are very far away ).
Awaiting to find out test results for OH and otherwise life is life
Cat peed on the bed again this am but it's a clear windy day to dry washing.
Gonna be a grandma in 6 months so some extra focus for me

Day 98
Been awake flippin hours!!!!
Just realised in the 3 hours I have been awake I never once thought of gambling and that's a major positive.
Most days I will think of it even if I have no urges so this feels very uplifting to me.
I don't even think in the past much at the moment and this feels good too.
The money has gone and I need to concentrate on the here and now.
I have to admit in my darkest moments I have thought of ending it all but I am still here climbing the mountain to a better life, whatever my future holds for me.

Thanks for your kind supportive post on my diary.

Well done yourself on those 98 days of saying no to gambling. It is nice to have those periods of time when gambling is not in your thoughts isn't it.... Hopefully you'll experience this more and more as your recovery continues, and you gain more strength and resolve.

I hope that you managed to visit the docs for some advice and help on the depression......

And great to hear that you're going to be a grandma!! You really have got something positive to focus on with that great news!!
