110 days
Thanks ODAAT, triangle, Sandra and Suzanne

Each day that passes without gambling gives me strength to go forward.
I try no to dwell on the past now as that is so painful and I will never get back the money, time etc.
But I can get back my feelings of self worth and confidence and they are building bit by bit.
I sleep better now as not sitting up all night then going to work on 2hrs sleep.
I take it all one day at a time.
I do still get urges but I can reasonably quickly squash them now.
I am working so many extra shifts as we are a team of 18 and currently have 9 vacancies!! So this distracts me too.
I dislike winter intensely and the lighter nights will now mean I can give some attention to a sadly neglected garden.
Am on nights for a few days now so will not be around.
Pay day is next week and I am thinking of how my slightly bigger wage packet will be split between debts and not for the first time thinking " ooh I can gamble and win some more"

That lesson is now etched in my brain finally. "Can't win as can't stop"
Have a good weekend all
Onwards and upwards

122 days

Been working so much and so have not been on much.
Loads of thoughts even though I have been so busy. Have managed to avoid them and am determined to beat this a day at a time.
