And on Grandparents Day UK I am officially a Grandma Born 04.20 emergency C section weighing 9lbs 14ozs.
Both doing well.
So proud of both parents and a huge incentive for me to continue gamble free

Day 42
Full of the cold thanks to my youngest for sharing!!
Grandson and other daughter have to be in hospital for 2 weeks as both became septic and grandson being checked for meningitis. So a hectic time here as now also back at work.
Stress was sometimes a trigger but proud to say I haven't thought of it

Day 52
No setbacks and no failures. I want to eradicate that word from my vocabulary. Stress levels high but am eating chocolate, drinking coffee and smoking too much. Start new job tomorrow and had hiccup with Grandson being able to finally get home. I am seriously not impressed with our Maternity Unit!!!!
I still have to check myself daily to not succumb to the demon and the conversations in my head sometimes make me question my sanity. Although some degree of insanity is acceptable as makes life interesting.
I have a chest infection and tooth abscess to start my new job...... What fun lol.

We know gambling only magnifies our problems, worries and stress, it would be utter madness for us to open up damaged scars, that we received through gambling.

Such a busy life now I don't have time for anything much.
New job going well and focus on that and my grandson is enough for me so gambling doesn't get a look in. I do think about it but haven't succumbed and really don't have the time or inclination to go back down that road

I think we will always have gambling on our minds, one way or another, but as long as we don't make that wrong choice, (we know it is simply no good for us, it just harms us) we can keep safe.
