I'd recommend speaking to a professional or close friend first perhaps, keeping all this bottled up wont be good for you. Youve been able to get things back on track after your previous blowouts so you are capable of recovering again.

That is really savage.
That money wasn't ever really yours, it is hard but it is true. Since when have any of us ever not given it back anyway?
Stay strong and put some blocks in place as an immeidate measure, you will no doubt be fighting the urges during this tough time.
That’s textbook gambling addiction in one post. Horrendous infliction. I’m too sore from my own recent binge to give you any salient advice right now. I too just signed up to the 5 year ban. My last one was just 6 months... shows I just wasn’t ready to give up. Hopefully I’ll learn now. You’ve done the right thing to exclude. I too understand how you don’t want to tell your loved ones. I have the same issue. It makes things tricky when everyone else is smiley and happy but there’s a torment racing through your mind internally. Hope you stay around. I’ll check in again later.
Mate I feel for you thats brutal. What did you blow the 36k on exactly if you dont mind me asking.
