Hi, For me, since I turned into a binge gambler, stuffing 8 hundred to a grand into slot machines one day a month , left me with enough to pay my rent and a few other small bills and needs. To do this twice a month took my dwindling savings down more and more heading towards insanity in all area of my life. note~I did not always put that much in but many time it played out that way and couple times even worse. ahhh... I say this because I once watched a youtube video of a person high rolling on a slot and play $960 per spin. I watched the entire video and there were a couple time when he/she went down to nothing and then put another 10 thousand into the machine to play with. From there they went up up and down down ending the video with over 40 grand which was less than they had initially put in out of their own pocket so it seemed. My point is, whether we play $50 a month or $50,000 a day, the machines operate the same way and a compulsive gambler will do what we all have... to get us here needing to get real and get help. And then considering going to negative numbers/debt. , it's the same relative ratio depending on the persons financial level. The multimillionaire could go millions of dollars in debt. and the struggling low to moderate income person may have a few grand in debt to 100 grand and be completely overcome by it. It's so sad !!!!!!!! It's the same regaurdless of your income / financial status. But, I must say watching this video felt so crazy, it blew my mind. One spin was as much as one huge loss for me. whatever. I just thought I'd share my thoughts. Maybe someone has a comment? tara2

Thank you, tara, for bringing this statistics up. The odds are always against the gamblers if they play for the long period... And it doesn't matter if they are addicted gamblers or recreational gamblers. Bad news is gambling itself can be very addictive and distructive without discriminating on education levels and financial levels. This habit can put into downward spiral to everyone. You, I and everyone here have been down that road, I guess. So it will be such a waste if we haven't learnt the lesson yet.
