Problem with App

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has as issues and how to resolve it I keep getting this message pop up on the EmpowerMe values stage. I’m using a iPhone 15pro and had no issues prior to logging off. This is the message, 

 

It appears that popup windows are blocked, stopping this SCORM package from playing. Please check your browser settings before trying again.

Hi Dave, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems accessing our Empower me platform. It sounds like you may have a pop up blocker active on your phone. You can find out more information about how to disable this here, Easily Block or Allow Pop-Ups in Safari on iPhone (iphonelife.com).
