If you’re a Dad, do something positive today that may not have been possible whilst you were gambling.
If not, make sure you give your Dad, Granddad, someone else’s Das a call and tell them why they’re so special. If you’re a Mum doing the job of Mum & Dad, see comment number 1 🙂
If today is tough for you and you’re remembering a lost one, do it in a positive way and remember something great. Looking at the past is important, but dwelling on the negatives doesn’t do us any favours at all. Focus on being happy and what makes you happy.
If you are not yet gamble free, vow not to gamble today.Â

Being a Dad is the best thing in my life. Looking back at missed opportunities with my kids is the worst. Today I will be a good Dad and I will remind others of the joys of doing the same. I’ll glance back at my former self as a reminder, but I won’t stare.
Looking forward to a brighter future for my family and I is my job as a Dad and by being here (and having the support of others in the same boat),  I’ve given myself a chance to be better at it than I used to be.
Happy Father’s Day and thanks for your support. It really is a great site isn’t it.
