I busted my husband by accident the other day by logging into his paypal and within 20 minutes I had discovered 5000 in the last month spent on his phone! We don't have that kind of money! 2000 was a loan he got from his mum against my wishes 'to clear my overdraft because its stressing me out' he said - he only ran that overdraft up a few days before gambling! He is currently asleep as he is on nights - do I try to get his parents round this afternoon before he wakes up and show them the print outs I've done or do I leave it to him?
Thats a tricky one hun, how is he likely to react to having his parents involved? My friend suggested I do the same with my fiance but I felt that my fiance would just feel angry and retaliate by gambling more and not deal with the problem if I involved his parents. However saying that I am currently at a loss as to what to do with my fiance, he reckons he can stop by himself and wont do it again but I've heard that all before.
Have you spoken to him at all about it? Maybe try talking to him alone first before speaking to his parents. Has he ever done anything like this before?
