I really cant understand why very dangerous & offensive posts are allowed to remain unchecked for days on end. In this week alone i have read posts from people threatening to slash others throats, several posts from a guy trying to sell his foolproof gambling system & again tonight someone else encouraging another vulnerable human being to put all his money on a bet & if it lose to kill himself. You really need to question where your not inconsiderable resources are being spent if you cant be bothered to have anybody checking the content from all posters for days at a time

I have the same concerns.
The post you are referring to is responding to a young person still at college and is quite frankly dangerous.
This site should be a safe place for our young people to reach out for help, support and advice. With posts left unchecked it sadly fails to be so.
I have flagged it as abusive (only option) and do worry and wonder how long it will take for Gamcare to pick up on it.
In response to you both, I've also read the Sunday night one. Not Good at all. Needs Deleting very quickly.

did you review the flagging process? any results you can share?

We did check that the process is working - so currently if a post is flagged it sends us an email so we can look at the post in question. We don't always agree that a post is offensive or needs to be changed, but we do look at them.
The forum is moderated at certain times of the day so it might take us a few hours to get to something, or in some cases the following day.
