Nearly every part of the forum has the chinese spam on it. This is very worrying...the problem is getting worse all the time it seems.
As I said last week which was ignored simply adding captcha to the sign up would stop spam bots flooding the site
Hi Deano, We have passed your idea on, we;ll see what the developers come back with.
Thanks, Rebecca
The Spamsters have returned! There has to be a long-term solution to this problem surely?
The developers must be on half term.
This is disgraceful! I can understand it over night but @ 1514 in the afternoon to have the current pages littered with the spam, really?!?
Agreed ODAAT
Come on gamcare...
Just can't beleive your tec team can't get on top of this
I struggled to find the 2017 challenge today due to the spam messages - surely this can be sorted / avoided.
Crazyyyyyyyy !
Come on GamCare, you HAVE to sort this out...This is totally unacceptable!
How can it be that we get starred out for minor dictionary infringements but a filter can't be sorted for pages & pages (21 in one night recently...pages not entries) of spam?!?
We want captcha! - send me the access details, and I'll login and change the code to add it myself. :).
This is insane - I just phoned them about it.
I read somewhere that the techno whizz's hope to sort it this week, so I ain't going to complain. Can someone answer me though, what is actually achieved by people posting spam? I was just wondering why they do it.
I think it's just spite? Can't see any financial gain on a website like this.
Affected by gambling?
