Netline

Hi Phil,

Yes, it is working. You need to click on this page and then scroll down to a large box where it says 'Start live chat now'. Click on that and you will be asked to enter a username and start the chat.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. Netline doesn't work at all. Just comes up with a long list and says error even if you follow the link provided or click from the home page. Tried it for 3 days in a row now and nothing.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the netline - it's confusing for us as when we test it, it does work fine, and we are getting plenty of calls through. I'd like to find out more about the problem if thats ok, so I'll send you all an email so I can get a bit more detail about it. If you could reply to that to help us out we'd appreciate it.

Still not working...Got another error message

Weird...
I went to home page and then the netline ball thing...went on to page and logged in to chat. ..
I'm using my Samsung phone
I've not needed to use netline...but worrying for new comers ....hope you can sort it soon

I'm not sure if it's a problem with certain devices as it doesn't work at all on iPad or iPhone!! Maybe it's a iOS problem?

I have an android phone & tablet so not iOS problem Paul.
