Is this robotic stuff we have to go through to make a post necessary or am I missing the point. I've often thought that society or addiction makes us robots! But that's by the by. So my point is on a selfish level is that I use this forum mainly by my smart phone and im in denial being blind as I often forget my reading glasses...
Starting to wonder the same thing...Have the number of posts dropped off since the captcha was added?
Since the spam continues to appear on a daily basis & it only seems to be affecting members is there really any point having it on here? I was unable to post for most of the day yesterday & just had a couple of issues now with the system not being able to connect to Captcha!
Exactly Odaat..... I thought I was going nuts and noticed a few of my posts disappear into the abyss and never be seen again. And then I got heavily paranoid and thought the ' thought police ' had discovered that I was from planet X and realised I was a robot after all despite my realistic facade as a dumb human. Hai ho! Time for a new orbit
Are the posts on the catcha part of the street sign, sometimes they are and sometimes there not. ie sometimes i do the signs and the posts, then sometimes i just do the signs, with varying results So despite no reply to my original query, i did read you were reviewing and will give a response back on the 5th May. So, proof in the pudding that Gamcare seem to spending there limited resources on daft little editing.
I would like to reiterate that on a whole the Gamcare staff do a fine job but just like us addicts you've seemed to lost your way a bit....
In response to your post about the post's being part of the sign , I Don't think the posts are part of the sign's so if you only click on the sign's in order to post instead of the post's and sign's as you previously posted , you should be able to post your Post's , I hope you find this post helpfull in posting future post's but maybe it's a Sign of thing's to come :))
Alan, a random thought which stems from something you wrote but after reading that post. Maybe, Gamcare may have a position for you as you resusitate from your hip operation as its the only responce i got from my original query. The cheques in the post
