Hi everyone,

13 days GF today.

I have gambled for the last 25 years, last 5 years has been particularly bad.

All started with a simple £10 football accumulator on a Saturday and grew to placing £2k bets on a football/sports markets.

I am £26k in debt and have just entered a DMP plan. Due to gambling I have no money.

I have stopped and need to stay stopped. Yesterday was very hard but I am determined to beat gambling.

Hi Dave,

well done on your 13 days gf and for putting stops in place to stop your temptations. 

now you can look to the future and build yourself back up. Good luck
