Today is my 21st day GF.Â
I am not going to lie, it has been a struggle especially at weekends but I have to keep fighting. Â
My emotions used to be so up and down when gambling, when I am winning I am great to be around, when losing I am miserable, distant, to want to socialise. I am almost like to different people.Â
Without gambling I am starting to notice a level of calm within me, I can be myself more often without anxiety & stress. It is a long road ahead but I have to remain dedicated and disciplined to succeed this time.Â
My goal is 2027 when I will be debt free from all this stupidity. Wish me luck please.Â
Hello there   First of all you do not need luck to succeed in the battle against addiction to gambling or risky financial activityÂ
Where the real life is on this side of the matrix not the side that is the high powered commercial entities that see us merely as units of money to be literally farmed out of all our cash and creditÂ
Anytime you feel that you may relapse always remember that we are all 100 percent behind you 24/7 we cannot let our guard down and we must help as many people as possible to escape their system as for us that’s a 0 sum game
I wish you power and to keep switched on always
 Best MH

With anything in life you need an element of luck to go your way.Â

@c17ort That is great! Well done.
I will happily wish you luck, resolve, patience, self awareness, responsibility, dedication, hope and anything else that can help you on your way to be GF
I think the first weeks of being GF are the hardest for most, it was for me. Â
If you know weekends are particularly tough make sure that you have a plan in place to keep you occupied then treat yourself for not gambling.
Affected by gambling?
