as i say loads of ups and downs but finally feel like im getting there now. Even the thought of gambling makes me feel sick.

When you feel low- search for mateusz motivational videos on you tube. "Mind" is a particularly good one. Abit american and cheesy but my god do they work in an hour of need.

I myself kept secrets from my family over my gambling, came clean in the past without ever putting the blocks in place to prevent it happening again and eventually hit rock bottom after losing thousands over Christmas. As hard as it is o had to completely come clean to my wife have blocked all on line sites, self exluded from bookies, removed all access to cash, I know ask my wife when I need cash and what for, this may seem demeaning however trust me it’s the only way it will work, I am almost 1 month GF and I can tell you the relief is incredible, please put your self and family first and put some hard blockers in place it really will help. You have said you have a lovely family, I have aswell and it’s for them that I continue to fight my urges and for them that people like us can get through this. Wishing you all the best
