... and then ends up being a lot more.

Started off with fruit machines when I was 13 and ever since then I've been gambling, poker, football, slots mainly. 22 now.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones that in that I haven't drained all my savings or run up credit card debts, but over the last 5 months my gambling has been spiralling out of control.

I don't spend anything and rarely go out - the downside is I end up couped up inside. A tenner turns into £100, and then I start chasing. My biggest loss in one session was £3,000 about 2 months ago, told my parents it was just a one off and that it wouldn't happen again.

I've gambled every day since then, managed to give up for 7 days after another big loss but started again and once again can't seem to stop.

Hopefully this post is the start of a change.

Does anyone happen to have a list of gambling sites that I can contact requesting exclusion before I open accounts with them. I've probably closed about 20+ accounts but always end up finding new sites.

(Forgot to add - the reason I asked about a list, I work in IT - I've tried the different blockers but they're quite easy to get around)

Cheers.
