Cant believe I have gambled again! After getting hooked on slots last year and having to come clean to my partner I swore I would never do it again!! 🙁 I feel ashamed

Know how you feel, thought I was strong enough to just stop but can’t do it. Also feel ashamed at not being strong enough, first time been on something like this.
Hi Sophie, hope you’re doing ok. I don’t think you’ll find one person on this forum that hasn’t ever relapsed, so you’re in good company. The key is how you bounce back from it. What tools do you have in place to achieve that?
May I suggest GamStop? It’s an absolute gamechanger if you want to get out of the habit of gambling online. It will cut out all avenues for you to gamble online.

Hi Sophie ? . I agree with Dan it’s so easy to get sucked back in again . Try not to beat yourself up too much and instead look on it as something that you'll learn and grow stronger from ? Do you feel able to speak to your partner again and maybe ask for his help ? Maybe giving him financial control for a while or allowing him transparency regard to your accounts may help in showing him just how much you really do want to stop? . Hi, Sophie I know just how you feel, I hope your feeling better, those slots are just horrible I play the same stupid game over and over why? because it paid out twice yet I have lost a lot more then it has paid, and the constant gambling adverts don't help advertising that same slot I constantly lose on, I promised my partner as well I would stop but I haven't he just keeps saying what is wrong with you? why are you doing this? your never win etc I know all this but just can not stop. He was patient at first but now he is fed up with it all.
