hi all, my names tony , im 26 i have been gambling since i was 15 years of age.
i have now hit rock bottom i am just about to become homeless and its not time to step up and fight against this.
i have lot my college sweatheart partner of two children due to gambling.
i have tried alot of this over the last 5 years to stop but i can not seem to beat this addiction, i need all the help i can get its made me into a person id not like to become.
i hate the way i live my life, i think of gambling from the morning i wake up to the minute my eyes closel, its completely took over my life!
ano making the first step is the most important and this is why i am reaching out for help. i have nothing to lose now i have hit wrong bottom.
i am a tattoo artist with great protential to go onto great things in life but gambling keeps dragging me down.
Any help/tips into beating this would be greatful as i wait for some counselling sessions to get by this problem.

sorry to hear your story mate. Well done for coming on here this is your first step towards recovery. There are some good people on here and we are all at different stages.
You have time on your side only being 26 and have a good skill if you are a tattooist. I heard a quote recently if your going through he'll keep going. It's really tough mate and I hope you've reached your rock bottom. Everyone has that experience, if you can stop gambling now the only way is up.
Get all the help you can and read the other posts on here. I wish you all the luck in the world you will get through this but only you can do it.
