I wonder if anybody can help..
I have now come to the real realisation that I cannot stop gambling. Online is my issue.
A few months ago I was under control, I would deposit say 20 and withdraw anything over 100.
Then I won 5k. Since then, I have deposited, deposited, hundreds of times, often getting 1k + but never withdrawing.
I tell myself I can withdraw. I can't. I just do bigger bets and lose the lot.
Now I am 1k in the hole, and really, really worried. How do I stop 🙁

There is also Self exclusion. This is a process where you ask the site to exclude you from gambling with them for a length of time. You will be able to contact the online sites via email or Live chat or by calling and speaking to the online site customer services.
