Hello in short. I’ve decided to quit online gambling.its getting out of hand now. I’ve gone from enjoying it and not missing the little I used to put on. To putting around a £1000 a week and mainly losing it all and trying to win it back. I’ve closed all my accounts but would like help or advice how to keep away. Because I don’t want to do it no more

Well done for closing your accounts and for joining gamcare!
I'm only on day 37 but the things that have helped me was telling someone close to me about my problem, it had been something id kept hidden so being honest finally was such a relief. Then taking all of my money out of my bank, keeping only a small amount of cash and handing the the rest to my mam to look after.I also make sure to plan the days id usually gamble so that I'm as busy as possible. Keep coming on here and reading as many stories as you can and write down how your feeling each day. It's really hard at first but it does get easier, good luck!!

Welcome. Jump on here in teh mornings and read some comments. That ususally gives me a good start to the day. Also get K9 software to block all gambling sites. Get someone to make the admin password for it so you don't get tempted to get around it.
