i know i may not be in the best position to advise seeing as i fell off the wagon but... Be honest. There is no other way, you need to be honest to you and the people around you. I have been there several times with online gambling and its ended in debt after debt. I know it can seem a good idea to put that little bit extra in but in the long run it doesnt pay off!! Call the helpline i found them really helpful
