Thanks for popping by Galaxy in answer to your question I suppose I realised it can't continue and decided to put as much effort into not gambling as j did into gambling. I'd spend hours gambling if I wasn't gambling I'd be researching my next move. As you can imagine I wasn't a very good gambler although I thought I was the billocks. I've committed to being a good non gambler it's nice to be winning every day and it does get easier when you are clean for a few days then the week and month life just gets easier so it's worth the battle
