I have nothing anymore. I’m in 3.2k debt. One 1.4k with my little sister. One 1.8k with friends I said I’d pay on Friday but my problem is I’m only being paid 1.1k on Friday. So I made promises I can’t keep to my family friends. It started off being 30 days in and being 2k up from bets. I lost 5000 in few days of chaos. Up and down casinos. 1.7k plus 1.2k is what I could of had but now I have to pay back 3.2k with my little wage. I woulda have 3.2k of my money n I can’t accept this. I have had days where I lost everything before. This has happened 5 times in the last year so I know the mental strength to recover from this but this time this was the heaviest blow yet. I’ll just be giving my wage away every month with nothing to myself for the next 3 months. I duno if I even have the strength to go work after this. I need help the money aspect burns me I’m ready to ban myself on every gambling site including walk in casinos. I’m now going to have no summer I just can’t get over it. This the first time I been prepared to go on all gambling ban apps. I have calculated and lost 13.3k since last April and currently have zero pounds. Finally on my way to buy a car this happens. It’s all my fault I have nobody to blame but me I’m hurt n distraught and don’t know what to do.

Are you able to open up to anyone? It will be a huge weight off your shoulders.
If you really want to stop gambling, you need to put every block possible in place. Leaving the doors open doesn’t work, because it will always send you back there.
It’s hard but you must forget about the money you’ve lost. You cannot get it back. Even if you gambled again and won a big amount, it would all go back on gambling because you’d want to win more.
Take one day at a time and be kind to yourself, this is an illness you’re battling with.
