Hi just joined today, I've been gambling for a few years now and it's cost me a lot of money and my last 2 relationships, I got help over a year ago with one too one counselling and stopped gambling for over a year, but fell off the wagon just before Christmas and my girlfriend has just kicked me out, I'm starting my counselling again next week

You did very well to stay clear of gambling for a year. It isn't an easy habit to kick as we all know. Well done for starting the counselling again.
You may want to self exclude from High St gambling outlets. You could put K9 block on online gambling sites. Have someone else set the P/word so you can't override it. GA meetings could be beneficial. I find the 2015 Challenge on the Forum really helpful and it's got me to 85 Days "clean". You could start a Forum diary as well.
I'm always on here either reading or posting and that's helped me a lot as well.
You need to have really strong measures in place to prevent future gambling. It might be worth handing your finances over to a trusted family member to stop you from relapsing.
I really hope you can stop gambling for good now.

Thanks Mr stop, I never used high street bookmakers was always online but I've self excluded from every account I've had, and even more determined to quit this time, I found the year I stopped really easy gutted I let it get a grip again but that's me on the road to recovery again onwards and upwards
