I really don't know what to do, I have tried to quit gambling more than 100 times and always seem to fall back into it after a few days, weeks or sometimes months.
All together, over about a decade I would estimate that I have lost more than £50,000 and recently it has been worse than ever, in the last 12 months I have lost £25k and it is now getting completely out of control. I need to stop now for good, as my first child is on the way and I can't f**k things up for them. I would love to hear from someone who has quit and understand what they did.
Please help and advise.

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure how to admit to my wife the mistakes I have made. I am day 1 and just had an urge to bet again, so came on here and saw your comments. Thank you for coming back.
Hi Zacchary 123
Dont worry, you are not alone. I understand its difficult situation, if some one lost such a huge amount, but you must concentrate now onward at present and future. You need to be confident, and assure that past is past and, forget what had happened.
Just start a fresh start, and be positive,
I have almost 50000 pounds within three years, and thats was my whole life hard work earning. I was always chase my losses and it result me in a situation where, I dont have options.
I just say to myself ( enough is enough).
I would advise you to stop anymore, and concentrate on your self, and family.
